二.Characteristics of vermiculite board: Non-combustible, non-melting, and high-temperature resistant. Because vermiculite board uses expanded vermiculite as its main raw material, the inorganic material contains no carbon elements and does not burn. Its melting point is 1370~1400℃, and its maximum operating temperature is 1200℃, along with permanent thermal insulation properties. Vermiculite board is a new type of building material, still in its nascent stage in my country.  Currently, China mainly exports vermiculite raw materials, and the finished product is rarely used domestically. However, in recent years, domestic market demand has gradually increased. It has been widely used in developed countries such as the United States, the United Kingdom, and France since the 1980s.

三.Our vermiculite boards are made from high-quality asbestos-free vermiculite from Xinjiang. They are non-toxic, smokeless, environmentally friendly, and the inorganic material contains no carbon or sulfur elements, so it will not produce CO2 and SO2, which affect the atmosphere, nor will it harm the human body. Vermiculite board is widely used in construction, shipbuilding, metallurgy, power generation, aerospace, and other fields abroad. Specific applications include:

1. Fire door cores;

2. High-end kitchenware and furniture;

3. Ship hull panels;

4. Fire escape routes and ventilation systems;

5. Commercial buildings, banks, libraries, hotels, restaurants, entertainment venues, high-end residences, and ordinary residences;

6. Kiln insulation;

7. Fireplace insulation;

8. Industrial insulation materials.
