High Strength Alkali Resistant Castable

High-strength alkali-resistant castable refractory uses low-cement binding technology, incorporating ultrafine powders and high-efficiency dispersants. It boasts high strength, good thermal stability, resistance to impact, erosion, and abrasion, and a long service life. Made with carefully selected materials, the castable refractory has a high refractoriness and excellent high-temperature performance.

It can be mixed by machine and applied by casting or, for the sprayable type, by semi-dry machine spraying.  The convenient application significantly shortens construction time and yields substantial economic benefits.

三.High-strength alkali-resistant castable refractory applications: Cement kiln preheater lining, pipe lining, cooler lining, coal injection gun wrapping, front and rear kiln mouths, coolers, and other high-temperature areas. It can be precast into precast blocks of various specifications and sizes, or applied by spraying (preheater lining).

Usage: Mix with water to form a mortar and pour with vibration, or use to make various types of precast blocks. The sprayable type can be applied using a semi-dry spraying method. High-strength alkali-resistant castable refractory: Due to the high flue gas velocity in circulating fluidized bed boilers, the erosion from coal ash particles and flue gas corrosion are severe. The operating environment for the refractory lining is harsh, and practical experience has shown that traditional refractory materials are no longer suitable for the operating needs of circulating fluidized bed boilers.
