二.Corundum castable is a high-performance refractory material with the following main applications:

High-temperature industrial furnace lining: Corundum castable features stable high-temperature performance, excellent corrosion resistance, and wear resistance, making it commonly used in high-temperature industrial furnace linings.

Circulating fluidized bed boilers: Corundum refractory castable is suitable for easily eroded and worn parts of circulating fluidized bed boilers, such as combustion chambers, separators, and flues.

Metallurgical industry and petrochemical equipment: Corundum refractory castable is also suitable for the metallurgical industry, petrochemical equipment, and power plants.

Refinery catalytic cracking equipment: Corundum refractory castable is suitable for high-temperature, erosion-resistant, and impact-resistant ramming layers in refinery catalytic cracking equipment, cyclone separators, and inclined tube devices, as well as processing equipment such as the lining casting of ammonia synthesis first and second stage converters.

Cement rotary kilns: Composite corundum castable is a composite corundum castable made by adding specific materials according to different operating temperatures and environments, and is generally used in cement rotary kilns.

Non-ferrous metal melting furnaces: Composite corundum castable is also suitable for non-ferrous metal melting furnaces.

Steel industry: Composite corundum castable is also suitable for the steel industry.

Other uses: Corundum castable can also be used in parts such as heating furnace hearths, steel tapping troughs, and cement rotary kiln mouths, as well as glass industry kilns, power plant pulverized coal pipes, boiler linings, and rolling mill heating furnace slide rails.

三.Brief instructions for on-site construction:

1. The construction site for corundum castable must be prepared with access to utilities (water, electricity, and air) and a level surface. Construction tools and surfaces must be clean and tidy.

2. The suitable construction temperature is 30℃; construction should not be carried out in environments below 5℃.

3. Use clean drinking water with a pH of 6-8. The mixing water should be accurately weighed, and the amount added should be 4-6% of the total amount [this can be appropriately increased or decreased depending on the ambient temperature].

4. A forced mixer is recommended. Mixing must be uniform, and the mixing tools must be clean.

5. Mixing sequence: Dry mixing for 3 minutes - after uniform mixing, add the specified amount of water and mix for 6 minutes - discharge [the mixed material must have sufficient fluidity]. 6. The mixed corundum refractory castable must be used within 30 minutes. Castable that has lost its fluidity cannot be reused.

7. The casting thickness should be approximately 30 cm each time.  Each vibration point should be vibrated for 3-5 minutes until completely compacted.

8. All casting surfaces of the molds should be coated with a layer of machine oil beforehand, and pre-embedded metal parts should be coated with a 2mm thick layer of asphalt paint.
