Corundum castable has good high-temperature wear resistance, low creep, high strength, and heat shock resistance, making it suitable for working lining in high-temperature industrial kilns.

1、 Product packaging, storage, and transportation

The product packaging uses moisture-proof bags with added film, with a net weight of 25 ± 0.5 kilograms per bag, containing one package of additives, and a warranty period of 60 days. During transportation and storage, attention should be paid to moisture prevention, dry storage, and rain or direct sunlight is strictly prohibited.

2、 Brief description of on-site construction

1. The construction site of corundum casting material must achieve three connections and one leveling in advance, and the construction equipment and surface must be clean and tidy.

2. The suitable construction temperature is 30 ℃, and construction cannot be carried out in an environment below 5 ℃.

3. Clean drinking water with a pH of 6-8 should be used, and the mixing water should be accurately weighed, with an addition amount of 4-6% of the total amount [which can also be adjusted according to temperature conditions].

4. It is recommended to use a forced mixer, which must be evenly mixed and the mixing tools must be clean.

5. Mixing sequence: dry mix for 3 minutes - add the specified amount of water and stir for 6 minutes - discharge the mixture [must have sufficient fluidity].

6. The mixed corundum refractory castables must be used up within 30 minutes, and castables that have lost their fluidity cannot be reused.

7. It is advisable to pour a thickness of 30cm each time, and vibrate each vibration point for 3-5 minutes until it is completely compacted.

8. All casting surfaces of grinding tools should be pre coated with a layer of machine oil, and pre embedded metal parts should be coated with a layer of 2mm thick asphalt paint. 3、 Maintenance system

After the construction is completed, the surface should be covered with thick plastic film, isolated from air and cured for 72 hours before demolding. The suitable temperature for curing is 35-40 ℃
