二.Zirconia-containing ceramic fiber board is an inorganic non-metallic material with zirconia (ZrO₂) as the reinforcing phase. Its density is a key parameter for measuring the mass per unit volume. According to the international standard ISO 10635, the typical density range is 1.8-2.5 g/cm³, with the specific value affected by the following factors:
1. Zirconia content: The higher the proportion of zirconia, the greater the density. For example, a fiberboard with 10% zirconia has a density of approximately 2.1 g/cm³, while one with 15% zirconia can reach 2.4 g/cm³.
2. Porosity: The porous structure inside the fiberboard reduces the density; for example, a porosity of 30% can reduce the density to below 1.9 g/cm³.
