二. Material Composition

It uses high-purity aluminum silicate fiber cotton as raw material, with an alumina content of approximately 47%-49%, reducing the content of impurities such as iron oxide and sodium oxide, resulting in better performance.

三. Production Process

It is manufactured using vacuum forming or dry process technology, followed by drying and precision machining.

四. Performance Characteristics

Excellent thermal insulation performance: It features low thermal conductivity and low heat capacity, effectively blocking heat transfer and reducing heat loss. High-alumina ceramic fiber boards have a fibrous structure with uniform fiber distribution, which reduces sound transmission and provides good sound absorption.

High temperature resistance: The classification temperature can reach 1260℃, allowing for long-term use in high-temperature environments and meeting the requirements of various high-temperature applications.

Good thermal insulation: The thermal conductivity is very low, only 0.18 W/mK at 1000℃, providing excellent thermal insulation and effectively reducing heat transfer and loss.

Excellent mechanical properties: The product is hard, has high compressive strength, and good toughness, making it resistant to damage. It also has precise dimensions, good flatness, and is easy to machine and install. Its long service life and good toughness make it perform excellently in various applications.

Strong chemical stability: It has strong corrosion resistance in acidic and alkaline gas environments, resulting in a long service life and suitability for applications requiring high purity of the furnace atmosphere.

Good thermal shock resistance: It has excellent thermal stability and thermal shock resistance, able to withstand rapid temperature changes without cracking.

Cement and building materials industry: Suitable for back-lining insulation in various kilns, providing an efficient thermal insulation barrier to reduce heat loss.

Ceramics industry: Can be used as a special back-lining insulation material for various kilns such as ceramic firing kilns and roller kilns, ensuring stable kiln temperature and helping to improve the quality of ceramic products. Petrochemical and Metallurgical Industries: Widely used in the back lining, wall lining, and insulation projects of furnaces such as petrochemical reactors and metallurgical blast furnaces.  It can also be used as a refractory brick backing material for electrolytic reduction cells in aluminum plants, resisting high-temperature corrosion and extending equipment lifespan.

Glass Industry: Specifically designed for glass furnaces, suitable for furnace wall lining and back lining insulation needs, adapting to the high-temperature conditions in the glass production process and ensuring effective furnace insulation.
