High-purity Ceramic Fiber Blankets

High-purity ceramic fiber blankets are thermal insulation and refractory materials made from aluminum silicate, formed by special long-fiber needling. This material can be used stably for extended periods at high temperatures of 1000–1250℃ without aging; it is soft, flexible, and does not expand when heated, allowing for easy cutting and bending during installation. 二. Manufacturing Process

1. Fiber Forming: Advanced processes such as resistance furnace melting and continuous blowing or spinning methods are used to produce fibers with uniform diameter and considerable length. These fibers can interweave to form a dense structure.

2. Needle Punching Treatment: Needle punching technology strengthens the bonding force between fibers, improving the overall integrity and tensile strength of the ceramic fiber blanket, effectively preventing delamination and loosening during use.

1. Appearance: White color, flat surface, regular dimensions, and excellent appearance quality.

2. Density: High-purity products have low density; common bulk densities are 96 kg/m³ or 128 kg/m³, possessing lightweight characteristics for easy handling and installation.

3. Specifications: Thicknesses range from 10mm to 50mm in various models; length and width can be customized, with standard lengths of 3600mm and 7200mm, and standard widths of 610mm and 1220mm.
