Common Ceramic Fiber Blanket

Common ceramic fiber blankets are made from ordinary aluminum silicate fiber cotton with a temperature resistance of 1050℃. They have a classification temperature of 1050℃ and a normal operating temperature of ≤1000℃. They are a relatively economical and cost-effective insulation blanket for high-temperature environments below 1000℃, offering high cost performance and simple construction and operation. They are commonly used lightweight thermal insulation materials for high-temperature equipment, pipelines, kilns, and industrial furnaces.

They are characterized by being asbestos-free, having long fibers, few slag balls, low bulk density, good elasticity, and ease of cutting and winding during construction.
